If something isn't right, here's how returns, warranty, and freight damage work.
Returns
Return eligibility is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Reach out before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility, issue an RMA, and arrange freight if needed.
Warranty
Warranty terms vary by product line. Check the product detail page for the warranty card, or contact us with your order number and we'll send you the documentation.
Damaged in transit
If your shipment arrives damaged, please document it with photos within 48 hours and contact us. We'll file a freight claim and arrange a replacement or refund — at no cost to you.
